See by-law 8.12.2, 8.12.3, 8.12.4 and 8.12.5 if there are any questions about campsites, contact a board member. Remember, there are families wanting campsites. If you intend on keeping your campsite, plan to occupy it with a camper, trailer, or motor home on or before this date. If there are problems meeting this requirement, make sure you contact a board member to work out an alternate plan. If a member needs a fire ring the Ranch will purchase the rings and re-sell them at our cost.

Workdays are scheduled for the 2025 season starting the last Saturday of May and each Saturday listed in June starting at 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Remember the weather could change, so check the web site to see if the workday has been canceled or call a board member for information. Workday dates are May 31, June 7, June 14, and June 21. If needed, June 28th will be a makeup workday.

If the two workdays per share are not completed by August 9, 2025, there will be a $200.00 fee charged per workday per share plus a $25.00 late fee per workday. All HUNTING RIGHTS and access to the ranch will be revoked if the workday fees or workdays worked are not completed and recorded by Aug 9, 2025.
Seniors over the age of seventy-five are exempt from workdays, but the shareholder or a family member must be present at the ranch on one of the assigned workdays to sign in for credit. If you are not able to be present, please call a board member to be excused so you get credit for your workdays.
WORKDAY FEE INCREASE
The ranch has an enormous amount of work that needs to be completed to include fencing, grubbing, painting, cleaning up as well as other projects needing to be completed. Due to the number of members declining to work their workdays and instead paying for them each year, which increases the ranch workload, as well as inflation, increasing the workday fee amount was discussed at the Annual Shareholders meeting in February 2024. At the general membership meeting a motion was made and seconded to increase the workday fees to $200.00 per workday per share. A vote was taken that passed. Beginning in 2025 workdays not worked will increase to $200.00 per workday per share.
